O. William (Bill) Evans, J.D., Broker
Bill has been involved in real estate for 35 years, as a developer, investor, commercial broker, and as a national speaker who travelled 50 states in order to teach real estate licensees and investors about his industry and its enormous opportunities. Currently, he focuses his efforts on consulting work in the areas of commercial development, market studies, feasibility analyses, and preparation of financial packages for submission to lenders. He also teaches upper level undergraduate, and graduate, courses at the University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration, including Real Estate Investment Analysis and Real Estate Development. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and is the former Interim Executive Director, for the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) at the University of Alabama.
